Hi Ladies,

We are in the process of choosing a clinic, and I wanted to see if anyone out there has had experience using Genetics and IVF Institute in Fairfax, VA.  I google'd and yahoo'd, and with the exception on the Microsort issue, I didn't see anything controversial with regards to the egg donation program.  My concern is that their lab is not listed as certified on the CDC report, and they do not have their 2003, 2004 success rates readily available (had to really push to get these and waiting on a package to be delivered tomorrow).  I do, however, like the quality of egg donors I saw.  Any help here??

Hey Vicky, I am a GS that is currently matched with IPs using GIVF in Va.

So far the nurses seem to right on top of things, and we are heading for transfer this weekend (7/23 or 7/25) so I am hopeful that they are as good as their donor records indicate. I do know that my IPs spent a good deal of time researching the IVF clinics on east coast and decided this was the best for them.

My only advice would be, if you choose to work with them, is to stay on top of all schedules, appointments, etc. Be willing to call and ask a question if you have one.
